Doyle Security Services (“Doyle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses personal information about you in connection with your application for employment with Doyle. This Applicant Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you may have.
Information we collect

How we use your information
We use your information to process and evaluate your application; communicate with you about your application and potential employment opportunities; verify your information and conduct reference and background checks where permitted by law; comply with legal and regulatory requirements; respond to and defend legal claims; and maintain appropriate records of the recruitment process.
How we share your information
We may share your information with service providers that support our recruitment and HR processes (including our applicant tracking system provider and background check vendors); with references, educational institutions, or former employers you have identified; and with government agencies or other third parties when required to do so by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others. These service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to Doyle and are required to protect it appropriately. No contact information submitted as part of your application, including mobile information, will be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention
We retain applicant information for as long as necessary to evaluate your candidacy, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, and maintain appropriate records of our hiring decisions. Where permitted by law, we may also retain your information for a reasonable period to consider you for future opportunities.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to limit how it is used. You may also choose not to provide certain information; however, if you do not provide information that is reasonably necessary to evaluate your candidacy, we may be unable to consider you for employment. Doyle Security Services – Terms of Service
As part of the application process, you will have the option to opt in to receive SMS communications. If you choose to opt in, Doyle Security Services may send you text messages with updates regarding your application status and information about upcoming interviews.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
